The Best Stuff I've Tried Lately

Father's Day is almost here, but don't fret. Even if your gift is a little late at this point, dad will be extra stoked to get something cool a few days after.
On that note, let's talk about some gear I have myself that you might want to get for dad or for your summer bday guy. I get sent a lot of stuff to sample, and I occasionally feature my favorites. Here are some of the best things I've been enjoying lately, fit for dads young, old, and dope. These are the recent highlights of the Cortisverse. Enjoy!
RealTree X Vero Tide Tracker Watch
The camo trend continues to please, and this fantastic watch features Vero collabing with RealTree, offering a dope camo strap to go with a gold-and-murdered-out look and American-made quality, with a 14-day tide tracker dial to let you track the tides of the ocean, and your own fate. For an even stealthier situation, the strap switches out with ease, to a black rubber diver‘s joint. Very lowkey, very stylish, very sick.
Kyrgies Barefoot Slides
These handmade slides are very fun, very comfy, and made of a really nice felt. I got two pairs of slides, and gifted the indoor version to my own Dad (he's pretty old). I haven't been by the house since without seeing him wear his! I'm happy he replaced his old slippers (that he was always tripping over) with these gems.
Meanwhile, I've worn my Kyrgies to the beach and around town while doing errands. And, surprisingly, these have become my after-gym shoe! I got the teal color cause I'm dope, but they offer some more low-key options for the more Saturnian folks, as well.
If you are looking for a can't go wrong gift for dad, these are it. Cozy, comfortable, and kind, they are the kind of shoes that just make you feel good.
Best Made SRS Sweatshirt
Best Made Company is back, and this o.g. sweatshirt harkens back to their original design to offer an excellent departure from the usual hoodie. Blessed with a steezy and functional button on the collar (judging by the comments I've gotten, people really dig the visual on this feature) and a lightweight terrycloth design, it's an extremely versatile piece, made in Peru, which can be worn solo, or easily layered under a vest, light coat, or flannel.
Let me stress again, a great piece for layering.
